Specialized Smart Watch

A smart device designed for seniors and it’s capable of detecting falls in real time, monitoring physical activity and their health, as well as geolocating the user in the form factor of a wrist watch. It has a communication system via cellular network and an emergency protocol in case of an accident or an eventuality. It also has a Web application in which everything related to the watch is displayed. Development was carried out from the conception of requirements to the finished product and the tooling for its manufacture.

Control System Industrial Solar Concentrators

The system integrates a series of sensors, motor controllers, display systems, interconnection and communication elements as well as configuration systems to automatically and actively track the solar incidence and perform mechanical adjustments, taking advantage of the maximum available solar radiation and returning the system to a shelter position overnight.
A large part of the development of the system's embedded software, the manufacture of the main electronic board, as well as additional devices shown in the following slides was carried out.

The system consist in an ergonomic mouthpiece that fits over your top and bottom teeth, using multiple pulsing water jets to floss both rows at once, 360 degrees around each tooth. Water flossing has long been shown to be more effective (and more comfortable) than string, but manual single jet water flossing is a laborious time-consuming process that is hard to do properly. Instafloss is the first multi-jet water flosser, automating the flossing process.

OCU - Electronic Control System For Hydrogen Generating Reactor

It is an integral electronic control for a hydrogen generator on demand with automotive applications, industrial boilers and for the steel industry, with the purpose of generating savings in hydrocarbon consumption and reducing the carbon footprint. It consists of 3 modules, one of control that is the one that contains the processor and all the analog systems for the treatment of the signals of the sensors, as well as a series of protection and safety elements, storage mechanisms, among others; on the other hand there is the user interface module that integrates a graphic display of system status; and finally there is the power module, which receives the signals from the control system and regulates the power supply for up to 3 KW to the hydrogen generator system. We took care of the integral development of electronic boards and embedded systems software.

This is the development of an interactive teddy for children between 3 and 7 years old that allows sending and receiving voice messages from other stuffed animals and from an application for parents. It also has various functions related to the movements of the teddy to develop dynamics of gaming and learning. It has WiFi connectivity, an audio system, various buttons and a rechargeable battery system. The design and integral development of the toy was made from the conception of requirements to the functional product prototypes and its application for Android.

It is a device that allows you to control the on and off of residential heaters or boilers for certain times and days of the week. It has a screen to visualize the configurations, an interface of capacitive buttons to carry out the configurations, a calendar clock and as an output it mobilizes a servo motor to perform the corresponding mechanical actions. It is characterized by a very easy installation. The electronic and firmware development was carried out from the requirements to its optimization for mass production.

IoT Development Platform for Cellular Network Communication

It is a platform that enables very easily the possibility of having connectivity via the cellular data network. All FTP file transfer protocols, HTTP connectivity, sockets, and even for sending SMS messages are handled by the card, it includes a connector for a nano SIM and integrates the GSM / 2.5G ceramic antenna, it also integrates a battery charger system Lithium that also functions as a backup in case of losing electrical power to run continuously. It is used by various serial commands.
It has an educational purpose since it is easily attachable to Arduino systems, but it also allows to be a module in commercial and more complex systems to provide such connectivity. The card was developed comprehensively, both hardware and firmware.
